SHOCK AND AWE TRIBUTE TO NAVY SEAL TEAM SIX

Dear Fellow Scouters and Scouts,

We want to show you some of the images of our night out thanking Navy SEAL Team Six.  We certainly appreciate all our service personnel including all those that presently and or have served. 

We all had a great time and we feel that we have in some way, done a small bit of tribute, to thank them for their service. 

The SEALS are out there as well as all our service personnel.  Our freedoms and safety are preserved every day by a large group of individuals that are prepared to do whatever it takes to keep us safe.

We as a council know that when people ship out to do their service, it is we that need to make sure that all the comforts of home and family are accorded to all our military families.

We hope your unit plans to take part in up and coming patriotic events including Memorial Day, flag day and Independence Day.  In our area with its rich history, it is both an honor and easy to give meaningful citizenship training to our youth.  Let us know with pictures and stories what you are doing to give meaning to the words freedom, patriotism, and service above self.
