Training for Cub Scout Leaders

The Tidewater Council provides several levels of training.

  1. Fast Start Training intended to help you immediately get started in you new leadership position.
  2. Cub Scout Leader Specific Training will orient you to how the Boy Scouts of America operates, valuable resources available to you, and how to be a better leader in your role as a Cub Scouter.
  3. Supplemental Training are training sessions that are helpful to a Cub Scout Leader. You will want to continually check out these offerings throughout you tenure as a Cub Scouter.
  4. Wood Badge is advanced training in leadership skills for all Scouters.
