3. Complete Youth Protection Training
4. Complete the Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Specific Leader Training
5. Complete Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills

Scoutmasters are encouraged to earn the Scoutmaster's Award of Merit and The Scoutmaster's Key

Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters are encouraged to earn The Boy Scout Leader's Training Award
