Conclave

Conclave planning meetings are being held the second Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm at the Council Service Center. All members of Blue Heron Lodge are welcome to attend.

What is Conclave?

Every year, the six lodges of Section SR-7A come together for a weekend of fun and fellowship - the Conclave. This event, held in April, is an exciting weekend for Arrowmen of all ages.

The lodges of our section take turns hosting the conclave. The current rotation begain in 1998 when Tutelo Lodge hosted the first SR-7A conclave.

Conclave 2007

The 2007 Conclave will be the tenth Conclave of our current Section - SR-7A - and will be hosted by Blue Heron Lodge. This will be a major undertaking requiring the efforts of the entire lodge. We will have a large staff. If you would like to chair a committee or have another major role in our conclave staff, now is the time to volunteer.

The next Conclave meeting will be held Monday, February 12, at the Council Service Center at 7:30 pm. All members of Blue Heron Lodge are welcome to attend and we would be grateful for your help. If you are interested in helping out with Conclave, please contact one of the event chairmen or advisers.
