Thank you for your interest in EVMS’ Exploring Post 650.

Registration is limited to the first 250 applicants.  Applications are due by September 17.

To register for this year’s program please –

• Print and complete Permission Slip.  A parent or guardian over 18 years of age must sign this permission slip.  PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY
• Print and complete the Explorer Registration Form.  There is a sample to look at for your convenience.
• Please submit this form with your check or money-order for $20.00 payable to BSA and mail to:

• Meeting schedules will be e-mailed (or mailed if you have no e-mail access) upon receipt of your completed application.
• INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED FOR COMPLETION; AVAILABILITY OF THE PROGRAM CANNOT BE GUARANTEED IF THIS OCCURS.
• There is strict adherence to the maximum number of participants.
